功用
Reduce gaseous impurities to sub-ppb levels at room temperature.
Removes H2O, O2, CO, CO2, H2 and NMCH’s to <1ppb from any inert gas (Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon and Xenon) and H2O, O2 and CO2 from Hydrogen. (如表列)
Standard size ranges from 0 to 2500 slpm.

2 – Instead of “GAS” put “I” for Inert Gases (e.g. 600-CA-VR4-I-PF), or “H2” (e.g. 00100-CA-VR4-H2-XL) for Hydrogen or Hydrogen Mixes (e.g. N2/H2, Ar/H2). |
3 – For model 1000 dimension “A” have changed from 12.1 inches to 12.9 inches, dimension “B” has changed from 10.3 inches to 11.1 inches. |
